 16. Cancellation and Refund Process

a)For Vendor registration process: Any amount paid at the time of registration is non-refundable for partners.

b) For user cancellation of service: GST amount will be deducted from service amount already paid and remaining balance amount will be transferred to user account within 7 working days.
